Compared to the other quotes I was getting and poor customer service I was dealing with, BizCover were friendly and helpful, patient as I said I wasn't ready yet due to waiting for other insurance brokers who were terrible, BizCover kept trying to call but not in an impatient or pushy way and in the end I decided to go for the best customer service even though it cost me more money.
