Compared to the other quotes I was getting and poor customer service I was dealing with, BizCover were friendly and helpful, patient as I said I wasn't ready yet due to waiting for other insurance brokers who were terrible, BizCover kept trying to call but not in an impatient or pushy way and in the end I decided to go for the best customer service even though it cost me more money. I'm happy as the excess is less and the cover is for more than the other quote/s anyway. Thanks BizCover!
