What to do when you get in a pickle!

Let’s face it, if you’re making a claim on your insurance you’re probably already worried about paying for a pretty big bill, fine or compensation payment. So when the time comes to test out your policy, we’ll make every effort to make the process as painless as possible.  To help you out we’ve outlined our claims facilitation process* here.

To complete the form, you will need to have the following information:

  • Your Policy Details, including Policy Number and Start Date (This can be found on your certificate of currency)
  • Details of the incident
  • Police report number (if there is one)
  • Details of any claimants or witnesses
  • If you are claiming for property damage/loss, details of the property including age and value.
  • Your bank details for settling the claim
