The CEO of 7 glyphs, Igor Anany, says the inspiration behind the agency and their work is simple – their clients.
As Igor puts it, “the variety of case studies we conducted have proven that we can deliver anything that the client wants, no matter how complicated it is.”
Igor’s favourite thing about his job is getting to work to his strengths and with that, his passion. Delivering for his clients on their promise of building “beautiful, simple and highly functional products for mobile and web platforms.”
7 glyphs prides itself on its strong and prosperous client relationships. The key, Igor says, is providing great customer service & support and of course, meeting deadlines.
“We take each stage very seriously and make sure that our client is highly involved in every step of the way. Our goal is to build a software that adheres to the client’s expectations from the design down to the development.”
When asked if there was a story that could best showcase what 7 glyphs is all about, Igor pointed to the studio’s origin.
First conceptualised back in 2009, in their home country of Russia, Igor and Saha Anany started the agency, with Igor managing the sales and tech side of the business, and Saha looking after the creative side. It wasn’t until 2011 that Igor and Saha moved to New Zealand, with the hopes of taking their business with them. In 2013, after having to essentially start from scratch again, 7 glyphs was reborn. This was in part due to the versatile nature of the agency worked in their favour, and by not losing sight on what was most important – focusing on the passion for quality and customers.
Today, 7 glyphs is 10 people strong and serves a variety of clients in New Zealand and around the world.

Igor’s advice to aspiring business owners was simple yet effective:
“Just do it. Don’t be afraid to fail. There is nothing wrong in starting the business and failing. Just don’t stop and do it again. It will become successful one day.”
